The development of Tower A is progressing steadily at Suryotthan Luxury Apartments. As of July 2025, the structure has reached an advanced stage with the framework now rising to the upper floors. The core concrete structure has been completed up to multiple levels, and slab work for the higher floors is actively ongoing.

Reinforcement rods are fully in place for the upcoming slab pours, and vertical columns are being cast with precision. The image shows a clear elevation of the building against the natural hillside landscape, emphasizing the strong foundation and elevation planning done during the initial phases.

Staircase shaft and service cores have also been constructed and access ramps have been temporarily installed for construction activities. With the layout now clearly defined, the upcoming phases will focus on completing the top floor slabs, external and internal partition walls, and utility provisioning.

The location of Tower A offers panoramic views of the surrounding greenery and valleys, adding to its appeal as a premium residential space. We are maintaining high construction standards and safety procedures throughout the build, ensuring long-term structural durability and design harmony with the rest of the project.
